Plastic Primer PP-100 is a single-component, non-sanding, fast-drying adhesion promoter designed for refinishing thermoplastic bumper covers and other exterior and interior plastic parts. It is formulated to promote adhesion on rigid and semi-rigid plastics and is suitable for use prior to primer-surfacer, sealer, basecoat, and clearcoat systems. PP-100 provides reliable adhesion on plastic substrates and is intended for professional automotive refinishing applications.

- Spray pressure : 1.8-2.5 bar
- Number of coats : 1-2 wet coats
- Spray distance : 15-20 cm
- Fluid tip : 1.2-1.4 mm
- Dry film thickness : 5~10 µm

Recoat Information
Recoat Information
- Allow PP-100 to dry for at least 15 minutes before recoating
- Recoat with HiQ Primer-Surfacer, Urethane Sealer, or Basecoat/Clearcoat systems
- If allowed to dry longer than 7 days, scuff sand with 400 grit or finer
