PS-240 HV Primer-Surfacer is a premium high-viscosity acrylic-based lacquer primer-surfacer designed for fast filling and reduced shrinkage compared to conventional lacquer primer-surfacers. It offers fast drying and easy sanding performance without clogging sandpaper, providing excellent feather-edging and filling capability for 80–180 grit sanding scratches. PS-240 is formulated for high productivity repairs where quick sanding and smooth surface preparation are required prior to topcoating.
