PS-810 is a two-component urethane primer-surfacer designed for automotive refinishing within quick repair systems. It does not require force drying or sanding, allowing reduced working time and improved shop productivity. PS-810 provides superior topcoat hold-out with good adhesion and is suitable for panel replacement and minor repair areas. After a short set time, it can be directly topcoated, making it ideal for booth-based refinishing and fast repair workflows.

- Spray distance : 15-20 cm
- Fluid tip : 1.3-1.6 mm
- Dry film thickness : 15-25 µm
- Set time : 10 min (reference temperature 20°C)
Recoat Information
Recoat Information
- Topcoat may be applied immediately after the 10-minute set time
- Maximum time to apply topcoat : 48 hours
- If exceeded, sand with P800 before recoating
