HiQ Premium Clearcoat TC-5300 is an extremely productive two-component acrylic urethane clearcoat designed for a wide range of repair applications from single-panel to multi-panel repairs where speed is essential. It delivers superb appearance, high gloss, and good durability while allowing increased shop productivity. TC-5300 is formulated for fast turnaround refinishing and is suitable for both repair and overall applications.

Spray pressure : 1.8-2.5 bar
Number of coats : 2 wet coats
Spray distance : 15-20 cm
Fluid tip : 1.3-1.4 mm
Dry film thickness : 50-60 µm
Flash time : 5~10 min
Set time : 10 min

Drying Information

Time to dust free : 100-120 min at 25°C
Time to polish : 10-12 hrs at 25°C / 30 min at 60°C
Time to handle : 13~15 hrs at 25°C / 30 min at 60°C
