CA-200 Curing Additive

CA-200 is a reaction accelerator and anti-pinhole additive designed to stimulate the curing process of 2K urethane paints. It effectively shortens drying time while helping to prevent pinholing during the drying process. CA-200 is intended for use with compatible HiQ primers and clearcoats and is added after mixing the base and hardener, without changing the standard mixing ratio.

Application Information

• Add 5% of CA-200 after mixing the base and hardener
• Approximate dosage : 1~2 caps per 0.5 L of mixed paint
• Standard mixing ratio of the paint system does not change
  
• Drying time at 60°C shortens from 30 minutes to 20 minutes
• Pot life shortens from approximately 6 hours to 4 hours
• Recommended use is within 1 hour after mixing

Storage condition : Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (5°C~35°C)
